ECD - adenda
Deixo aqui o documento-síntese que esteve na origem do desafio lançado no fim de semana (foi feita a solicitação no Aragem).Será preciso ter em conta que se trata de um roteiro orientador resumido (o debate ampliou a abrangência dos aspectos focados, estendendo-os para além do aqui referido e incluindo outros olhares) que leva em conta a visão do seu autor - já estava redigido aquando da ideia do desafio- completada a posteriori com outros contributos que nela se enquadravam.Não é um documento acabado (o tempo foi escasso).
